Supported Devices

The "Biome" app is optimized and recommended for use on smartphones.

Please note that supported environments and devices are subject to change with future updates. We do not guarantee compatibility with all devices listed below.

Network Environment: For the best experience, please use the app in an area with a stable internet connection.
GPS Requirements: Devices without built-in GPS or those connected only via Wi-Fi may experience issues with certain features (such as location-based services).

iOS

OS Version: iOS 15.0 or later
Note: Support for iOS 14 ended in late January 2025.

Android

OS Version: Android 5.0 or later

Due to the wide variety of device models and hardware specifications, the app may not function properly on some devices even if they meet the criteria above.
