[NEW] How to Change the Species Name of a Post

To change the species name of a post you have already created, follow the steps below.

Changing the Species Name

iOS
  1. Open the post and tap the “...” button in the top-right corner.
  2. Tap “Edit Post.”
  3. Tap “Remove Species Name” to delete the currently registered species name.
  4. Tap “Search and Select Species Name.”
  5. Enter the species name you want to search for, then select it.
Android
  1. Open the post and tap the “...” button in the top-right corner.
  2. Tap “Change Species Name.”
  3. Select a suggested species name to update it.

When suggestions are available, they will appear under “Suggested Species Names.”
Tap a suggested name to change the species name.

Switching to a Question Post

iOS
  1. Open the post and tap the “...” button in the top-right corner.
  2. Tap “Edit Post.”
  3. Tap “Remove Species Name” to delete the currently registered species name.
  4. When the pop-up “Switch to a question post?” appears, tap “Yes” to complete the process.
Android
  1. Open the post and tap the “...” button in the top-right corner.
  2. Select “Switch to Question Post.”
