[NEW] About Hashtags

Adding hashtags (#) to your posts makes it easier to find posts from other users participating in the same quest and helps you search for related posts.

How to Add Hashtags

When creating a post, add “#” followed by a keyword in your observation notes. (Examples: #SwallowMigration2026, #CherryBlossomFront2026) Do not add a space after “#”. If you add multiple hashtags, separate each hashtag with a space. (Example: #SwallowMigration2026 #Birds)

How to Search Hashtags

iOS
  1. From the Home screen, tap “New Posts” > “See More”.
  2. Under the “New”tab, go to*“All Categories”.
  3. Use “Filter by Hashtag” at the top to search.
Android
  1. From the Home screen, tap “See More” next to “New Posts,” “Popular Posts,” or “New Questions.”
  2. Tap the # iconin the top-right corner.
  3. Enter the hashtag you want to search for in the search bar.
