Linking Multiple Accounts to Your Biome Account


After creating a Biome account, you can link multiple external services, such as Google, Apple, and SMS to your account. Once linked, you will be able to log in to Biome using any of these connected services. We recommend linking multiple accounts for added security and convenience in case you lose access to the email address you used when creating your Biome account or temporarily lose access to a particular service.
  1. Tap the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top-left corner of the screen.
  2. Navigate to Settings > Link Account.
  3. Select the account you want to link and turn the toggle ON.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.

Error Message: "The SNS account you just tried to link is  already being used to link to another Biome user."

If this message appears, the account you are trying to link may already be linked to a different Biome account.

How to Resolve This Issue
It is not possible to link or merge existing Biome accounts with one another. Please choose one account as your primary account, delete any other accounts you no longer wish to use, and then try linking the account again. 

Warning
Warning: Due to the app's specifications, even after deleting an account, you will not be able to link the associated external account to another Biome account for 30 days after deletion.

If You Do Not Recognize the Account Linking

In some cases, an account that was only partially created in the past may still be counted as an account that has already been created. If this happens, please complete the account creation process for the relevant account by tapping the Create New button on the HOME screen. After completing the account creation process, delete any unnecessary accounts. If you need further assistance, please contact the support team at app-support@biome.co.jp and provide the following information.

Information to Provide
  1. The email address or username of your primary Biome account.
  2. Information about the external account you are trying to link (Apple, Google, or the associated email address).
