Once you’ve downloaded the app, the first step is to create your account!
You can register a Biome account using your email address or by linking your existing social media accounts (Facebook, Google, or Apple ID). (To link social media accounts after logging in, please refer to [this article].)
This guide will walk you through the registration process using an email address.
Tap "Sign Up" Located at the bottom left of the home screen.
Select "Register with Email"
Enter your Email and Password, then tap "Next"
Note: Please keep your registered email and password in a safe place.
Important: Password resets and email changes can only be processed if you have access to your registered email inbox.
Check your Inbox A verification email will be sent to you.
Tip: If you are using a mobile carrier email address (e.g., @docomo, @softbank), you may experience delivery issues. We highly recommend using a webmail service (like Gmail or Outlook) for a smoother experience.
Verify your Email Tap the URL in the email to complete the verification process.
Return to the App Re-open the Biome app and tap "Next (I’ve verified my email)."
Set your Username
Choose your display name, and you’re all set!
