About Biome Accounts

You can register a Biome account using your email address or by linking your existing social media accounts (Facebook, Google, or Apple ID). (To link social media accounts after logging in, please refer to [this article].)

This guide will walk you through the registration process using an email address.

Step-by-Step Registration (Email)

1. Tap "Sign Up" Located at the bottom left of the home screen.

2. Select "Register with Email"

3. Enter your Email and Password, then tap "Next"

   • Note: Please keep your registered email and password in a safe place.

   • Important: Password resets and email changes can only be processed if you have access to your registered email inbox.

4. Check your Inbox A verification email will be sent to you.

   • Tip: If you are using a mobile carrier email address (e.g., @docomo, @softbank), you may experience delivery issues. We highly recommend using a webmail service (like Gmail or Outlook) for a smoother experience.

5. Verify your Email Tap the URL in the email to complete the verification process.

6. Return to the App Re-open the Biome app and tap "Next (I’ve verified my email)."

7. Set your Username Choose your display name, and you’re all set!
