Tap "My Page" at the bottom right of the screen.
Tap the gear icon (Settings) at the top right.
Go to "Contact Us" > "Email" to send your inquiry.
Tap the three-line icon (Menu) at the top left of the screen.
Select "Contact Us" > "Contact via Email."
Once your email app launches, please fill in the details of your inquiry and send.
If you cannot log in to the app, please use [this contact form].

If you still cannot log in, please email us at app-support@biome.co.jp with the following information:
The email address you likely used for registration.
Your Biome app username.
To report a post that violates our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, please use the in-app reporting feature:
Tap the three dots (...) at the top right of the post.
Select the report option.
Note: Please understand that we may not be able to provide details regarding specific actions taken after a report is filed.
