Contact via the App

If you need assistance, please follow the steps below to contact us directly through the app. Note: For issues regarding login or app operation, please check our [Troubleshooting Guide] first.

For iOS Users

  1. Tap "My Page" at the bottom right of the screen.

  2. Tap the gear icon (Settings) at the top right.

  3. Go to "Contact Us" > "Email" to send your inquiry.

For Android Users

  1. Tap the three-line icon (Menu) at the top left of the screen.

  2. Select "Contact Us" > "Contact via Email."

  3. Once your email app launches, please fill in the details of your inquiry and send.

If you cannot log in to the app, please use [this contact form].

Login Issues

For issues with logging in, please first try the solutions in our [Login Troubleshooting Guide].

If you still cannot log in, please email us at app-support@biome.co.jp with the following information:

  • The email address you likely used for registration.

  • Your Biome app username.

Reporting Inappropriate Posts

To report a post that violates our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, please use the in-app reporting feature:

  1. Tap the three dots (...) at the top right of the post.

  2. Select the report option.

Note: Please understand that we may not be able to provide details regarding specific actions taken after a report is filed.

Deleting Your Account

You can delete your account yourself at any time. Please refer to the following article for instructions: [How to Delete My Account]
